Schematic contain unknown model "inv2x"

I have created model for "inv2x" using subcircuit builder and instantiated that

Still, when I try to do kicad to ngspice, I keep getting the above error

Can you please take a look and explain the flow how to go about this error?

I can share all my subcircuit files and master file where I am trying to instantiate the subcircuit. Is there a place I can upload files?

The subcircuit creation isn't done properly. Upload the files on google drive in a folder and share the link on contact-esim@fossee.in

The designator for INV2X should be 'X' and not 'U'. Edit that using Library Editor tool of Eeschema and kicadtongspice should work afterwards.

Note : Designators for subcircuits should always be X.
