Thanks for reporting. I could reproduce the issue at my end.
This seems to be a bug with "Cheese" webcam application.Coming to your query:
1) To open your recorded videos simply do the following:
Open Dolphin file browser -> Click on Home (/home/user) on the left pane -> Webcam (locate the Webcam directory) -> Click and find your recorded videos
Now right click on videos to play using VLC. If VLC player doesn't work then, please open the konsole(terminal) application and run:
sudo apt update && sudo apt install -y vlc
2) Follow the same method as mentioned above to locate your webcam recordings and selectively delete them.

Thanks for the reply! I missed seeing the response but the problem is already resolved.

Thanks for sharing the great article, I enjoyed it very much. Recently I see the WhatsApp Aero application is very popular. I have downloaded and am using it, please join now and make friends with me

It's easy to use and the quality of the videos is great. The only thing that I don't like about this app is that the videos are inaccessible for me in my country because there is no way for me to download them from here or anywhere on the internet. You may check https://rubygarage.org/blog/costs-to-create-a-marketplace-like-poshmark to get the latest info on how to build a marketplace like poshmark. It was great to be able to take a video chat with my friends and family while I was out of town or at work. The app is great, but what I don't like about it is that when I close it, the video remains on the screen. There is no way to turn it off so that when I reopen the app, the video is gone. This is very frustrating because sometimes I need to look at something in detail and then just close out of the app because I don't want to keep wasting time looking at it again.
