Error in stichiometry

I am writing the reaction (conversion or kinetic) as mentioned below

(C6H4)(C4H4) --> 10C + 4H2

Getting error in stoichiometry = -0.01048

Please provide me the solution for this.

Are the compounds used are user defined compounds?

No, the compounds used are not user defined. These compounds are from database itself.

With the latest version (5.3) you can enter stoichiometric coefficients with decimal places to close the balance.
