What is Error while running the Python based "run" file ?

I booked a slot.
As per the spoken tutorial after I ran the "run" file, in the "StepTest" folder of "scilab_codes_windows" folder.
After entering my user name and password the error is shown as:- CANNOT CONNECT TO SBHS SERVER
Please help me in order to solve this error.
