when I download eSim installer for windows Norton secrity rejects it

I want to try eSim, since it looks to have faster speed and a wider range of tools than the software I currently use.

However when I download the installer files, Norton rejects them - Risk of Heur.AdvMCL virus.
I assume this is a false positive.
Can you confirm.
