Scilab - How to do range filter of image??

How to do range filter of image??

I am working is Scilab. I have not found a function or any kind of help in scilab to do range filteration of an image.

Range filtration in matlab is available with the function rangefilt(I);

is there any function or any other way to do range filtering of images loaded into scilab?Please, someone help.
