Error while installation

Error message is "Error Opening File for Writing C:\:Program Files (x86)\Miniconda2\preconda.tar.bz2"
I've applied for the summer fellowship.
So kindly resolve the issue faster.

Could you please elaborate the error message with the steps you followed?
Hope you have followed the installation process properly for Miniconda on ubuntu.
