In the above link for a control systems toolbox, I noticed that there is no list of the functions contained in the toolbox, and there are no installation instructions under that link also. What's up? I would assume that this toolbox contains some sort of help utility to explain how these functions were intended to be used. Just installing a tool without knowing what the intended purpose of the tool seems to be a bit of a questionable practice for publishing a tool.
