OpenFOAM - ParaFoam Error

ParaFoam Error

for Airfoil Problem, Geometry and Mesh is created in Ansys Fluent. Succesfully imported in openFoam, CheckMesh showing Mesh OK, still when try to open mesh in Parafoam, the ParaFoam is getting exited directly with error "application of paraview stopped unexpectedly".

same thing is happening when try to run the simulation using pitzDaily.
