charger making sparking like noise

the charger of my laptop is continuously making a sparking like noise is it normal

You probably meant FOSSEE Laptop(Netbook). You have posted in wrong category.

I won't say its normal, but most of the FOSSEE Laptop chargers make a constant noise during charging.
