Error in PFR

The error is Ciloci.Flee.

I am trying to build example problem of steam reforming given in usermanual.

I am stuck as the error is coming

What could be the error.

I see that the simulation works fine when only the overall reaction is active. As soon as the steam reforming and/or water gas shift reactions are added, this error comes up. Please do a thorough check if all the added reactions are written in the correct format. I will do a similar check from my end.
