Osdag - Installation is successful but software is not opening

Installation is successful but software is not opening

Respected sir,
This is Chandu Dodda From OSDAG team. I have successfully installed OSDAG along with MIKTEX software, when i am trying to open the software , it is not opening and when installation process was complted then it showed me that has successfully installed. Below i am adding a screenshot which was my installation sucessfull.Please reply me ASAP as our work starts today.
