I have tried lot of examples but not executed any of them.

The Scilab on cloud interface is now working properly on both laptop and mobile phone, kindly check.

Today again I tried it is working. But problem in ploting. Graph window not flashing on mobile. Can you suggest some setting if required.

There is currently no mobile app available to my knowledge, however as you may know, Scilab on Cloud is an excellent resource for running Scilab codes on a mobile phone.
