Valve converge issues

Please find the simulation file in theattached link.
focus on valve-100 unit.

This valve gives different results on every run. (please visit the screens shot in that folder as well)

I think the problem is due to the different initial temperature estimates.

Please help me with how to solve this issue.

This seems to be some issue with the DWSIM source code for valve when trying to estimate the initial temps. It has to be reported to Daniel.

This is a bug. For now, disable PH/PS fast mode in property package settings. This will be fixed in the next release.
