Vibrating brightness
The screen brightness is constantly vibrating in my RDP Thinbook 1310.
Is it a software problem or hardware?
How this problem can be removed?

If so, this is a hardware issue, there could be a loose connection between the LCD panel and motherboard, or could be a faulty panel altogether. For hardware-related issues, you need to contact RDP support.
