how to construct another phi in interFoam?

I was trying to incorporate sediment volumetric concentration equation in interFoam. I have attched the equation here as a image file. Please have a look to the equations. I have to construct another phi, since my convecting velocity (U) has been changed to (U+Vs). how to proceed ? Looking for any valuable suggestion. Thanks.
