Error while creating material streams

I am facing error regarding calculation of viscosity of ferric oxide. I am sending you the screenshot of DWSIM interface and that error. How would I ensure that my created compound is solid and what property package is to be selected for gas-solid reactions? Also I am not able to create the compound perfectly due to lack of data of some properties.
