CAPE OPEN unit operation (ChemSep column) - Error not responding

When i am trying to connect feed material stream to CAPE OPEN unit operation (ChemSep column) , DWSIM shows not responding and i have to compulsory close the software.

When you drag and drop a ChemSep column, a ChemSep window also opens along with DWSIM. You must ensure that you have closed that ChemSep window in order to connect streams to DWSIM. If you want to re-open the ChemSep window, you will have to click on Open CAPE-OPEN Object Editor option. Please note that it is not possible to work in DWSIM when the ChemSep window is open. So please close the ChemSep window when you want to work with DWSIM else you will find the DWSIM to be not responding.

I ran into the same problem and then I had to take my time and start over from scratch. Probably because I don't know how to save. cookie clicker
