SCILAB 6.1.0 - error with image processing basic commands

It shows errow for the imread command.

The error is as follows:

SWIG/Scilab: RuntimeError: the module is not initialized

Hello, Kindly try running the following command in the Scilab console.

atomsRemove('IPCV')
atomsSystemUpdate();
atomsInstall('IPCV');

Also, I would like to know whether you have installed the scicv toolbox?
