code file section is on the tutorial's webpage itself. At the bottom right corner, you will see code files section. You can model your own mosfet and mesfet but finfets are not possible, unfortunately

It is good to know about the community function of this particular place and it has included all the above things which has made me feel surprised to get over here. I just got to know about it through bid4papers articles Looking for more books.
