I want to change number of input ?.

Hello,

if i want to edit some blocks. I made changes in impl.cc file. Is any other changes need to do?

If you mean to say that you want to change the number of inputs in a built-in unit operation in DWSIM, that is not possible to do it directly. You will have to change the things in your own copy of the source code and compile and run. This can be done only at your local machine version and not at the global version.
