Error on Chemsep Absorption Column

I was instructed by a teacher to use a ChemSep Column as an absorption column, with the option "Thermo -> Cape-Open". I've successfully added inlets and outlets to the column but when i solve the flowsheet an error apears (printscreen attached). Tried to search another error like this but didn't find.

When i debug the column the following message appears:

"Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'CapeOpen.ICapeUnit'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{678C0998-0100-11D2-A67D-00105A42887F}' failed due to the following error: Não há suporte para esta interface (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE))."

Can you please share your simulation file at contact-dwsim@fossee.in. Without the file, it is really difficult to identify the root cause of the error as the error message is a very generic one.

Please ensure you have installed DWSIM properly. Also ensure that Chemsep and CAPE-OPEN unit operation components are also installed correctly.
