Noise cancellation: Window-Sinc filter

Perform noise cancellation using a SINGLE band-reject, H and obtain the original message.
1. Design the filter in time domain.
2. Use the following step to implement the filter:
  1. Build TWO 21-point low-pass Window-Sinc filter. The cut-off frequency of both filter are 2k and 300
  2. Convert one of the low-pass filter to a high-pass filter using spectral inversion.
  3. Form a single-stage band-reject filter using the low-pass and high-pass filter.
