Hey!
I am trying to test out a flapping wing case. I started out with the tutorial case in pimpleFoam/wingMotion. Although I did follow all the steps, the final mesh does not move - the flapping wing motion does not occur. The other sub cases like wingMotion_snappyHexMesh and wingMotion2D_simpleFoam work fine, but the last step alone is troublesome. Can anyone help me with the same?
Thanks!

In Allrun file you can see how the tutorial is copying files between folders after running some commands. Check if you missed anything.

Hi,
I ran the same simulation using Allrun script. It is showing results with moving mesh.
Can you explain the procedure you followed to run the simulation?

Hey,
I ran the same sequence of steps with pimpleDyMFoam solver and it works perfectly fine now.
Thank you for your time.

That is amazing, if you want fancy but affordable resto and offers coffee shop broken bow. Very worth it.

- Check the controlDict file: The controlDict file controls the time-stepping and overall control of the simulation. Make sure that the start and end times are set correctly, and the time-step size is appropriate for the simulation.
- Check the U file: The U file is the initial velocity field for the simulation. Make sure that it is set correctly and is compatible with the motion of the wing.
- Check the boundary conditions: The boundary conditions for the flapping wing case are critical. Make sure that the boundary conditions are set correctly for the case. In particular, make sure that the motion of the wing is specified correctly at the wing surface. If none of these suggestions solve the issue, you may need to provide more specific information about the problem to identify the root cause.
