Python - Tab completion is not working!

Tab completion is not working!

I am using windows 10, and I have installed python 3.6.8, Ipython 7.16.1 on my system.Tab completion is not working when I pressed tab key, also when I press CTRL+T my cmd is not opening.

Please note that the instructions are Linux oriented. You will need to use WIndows specific commands or shortcuts. Tab completion only exists within Ipython
