How does the Plug flow reactor in the DW Sim works?? Does it take into account for the expansion of the volume in the gas during the formation of product. Please elaborate in detail

It does take the expansion of volume in the gas during the formation of product. I think Daniel, the developer of DWSIM, will more appropriate authority to answer this question about the exact working of PFR in DWSIM.
