Xpdf dependency while trying to install eSim 2.0
I am trying to install the latest release of eSim on Ubuntu version 20.04. However it seems the installation process requires installing the xpdf package which seems to have been dropped from Ubuntu after 19.10.
Exact error: "E: Package 'xpdf' has no installation candidate"
""Xpdf" dependency couldnt be installed"
Can I know if there is any workaround and how to get by this issue?
eSim

You can bypass the need of xpdf by using the evince pdf viewer that comes with ubuntu distribuition for all flavors. The manual is located at eSim-2.0/library/browser/User-Manual/ location. Are there any other issues than xpdf?

Yes, there seems to be another issue with the installation of the package gnat-5 E: Package 'gnat-5' has no installation candidate
"GNAT-5" dependency couldn't be installed.
Kindly resolve above errors and try again.
-e ERROR: cannot install NGHDL There seems to be another question relating to this in the forum https://forums.fossee.in/question/1462/, wherein one of the replies mentions that eSim is not yet supported on Ubuntu 20.04.
