I want to simulate a water/sacrose evaporation.

How to add Sucrose compound to the Database of components? I tried to import online, but it faield!

Did you try to import through the simulation configuration wizard? Many times, importing compounds directly through the simulation component wizard doesn't work properly. The solution will be to go for the "New Compound Creator Study" and import the compound and save the JSON file. Later, import the JSON file while creating a new simulation wizard.
