Where exactly do you want to re-order this component list? In the Compound tab under settings or somewhere else? It is not possible to reorder the compounds under the Compound tab in Settings. However, I want to know the purpose behind re-ordering the components list?

Thank you for your answer. I had an industrial project. When I had lots of components.e.g.50, I simulated the process. During the project the species mole fraction were sent by a compony, but in another order of component list. In this case it is very easy to reorder the list of comps. in the Feed and copy from the Excel file and paste in the software, or check very quicly. Moreover, the client wanted to report the results of the simulation in another ordering. Another example is I select hydrocarbons, water, .... Then I need to add a missed component suc as ethane. So, I could see the list, add a new and re-order the component list. Fortunately, I saw my desired form of Compond in the older version, i.e. DWSIM 5.2 as I attached the picture below. Even in the new version of DWSIM, once you select the desired compounds for simulation, all the selected compounds appear at the top.
