Opening schematic for a new project

Hi,

When i create a new project and open a new schematic fo rthe project , I get an error as below.

Kindly help on the same.

Kindly check whether 'kicad.pro' file is present at the location "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\kicad\" in your system (Note that '<username>' is the account name in which you have installed KiCad).
