Heterogeneous Catalytic Error tf=t0

I want to carry out a heterogeneous catalytic reaction in a piston flow reactor, but when I calculate it I get: "error: tf = t0". I do not know if the failure is due to the configuration of the heterogeneous reactions or for other reasons.
I share a screenshot of the data that I have entered from the 3 reactions that take place.
