Whenever I plug the earphones in the laptop, most of the time nothing is audible and the earphones start working only after the laptop is restarted once. Rarely earphones start working If I wait for few minutes after they are plugged in. Sometimes even after restarting the laptop, the earphones don't work and the lapptop has to be restarted multiple times till the earphones get functional.
It seems like hardware trouble with the laptop's audio jack. Please get it examined by the RDP support team.
