I have to simulate a social contagion on a small network (more specifically I need to implement a networked coordination game), and it would be really nice if I could create an animation: the starting frame should be the network with the first "infected" nodes, then it starts to show which other nodes are infected (step by step). I know that is possible to create animation with matplotlib but I'm not sure how they work (I always used that library to create simple images). Last piece of information: I'm using networkx to create (work on) the network.
Python
