The kit you recieved have three pairs of resistors, of three different values. Place them in the given circuit-board in the correspponding sockets and power it. If the connections were made correctly, you will notice the pair of LEDs blinking. The initial exercise is to note down the frequency of blinking with each of those pairs of resistors.
