IF I WANT TO KNOW POWER REQUIRED FOR PUMPING WATER FROM 1 KG/CM2 PRESSURE TO 45 KG/CM2 PRESSURE AND FLOW RATE IS 45 M3/HR THE ANSWER FROM THE SIMULATION COMES ERRATIC. BY HAND CALC FOR 75% EFFICIENCY IT SHOULD BE 73.9 KW. THERE SHOULD BE NO TEMPERATURE RISE. BUT SIMULATION SHOWS RISE IN TEMP

You must be making some mistake in your DWSIM simulation. When I simulate the problem, the power required from the simulation result is 71.9313 kW which is almost close to hand calculation and temperature rises by 0.325 degrees C which can be said to be negligible. Please see the below screenshots.
