Installation of esim(Python Package issue)

Hello,

I am trying to install your newly released version(2019) of esim for (windows 7). while installing i have disabled my antivirus and i have created FOSSEE folder in c drive. but during python intallation package i have got message like, to verify this is a valid windows installer package.

Please let me know ASAP.
